🎯 Catch Highlights
- Scott Doig – “Ended up with 11 or 12, lost just as many, and missed loads. All in all, a good day!”
- Darrin Barcik – 16 fish in an evening session, including a 6lb slab of rainbow muscle.
- Paul Duncan – 8 fish in just 90 minutes – relentless buzzer takes.
- Craig Horsburgh – 20+ fish with a lovely 3lb brown, noted a big evening rise across the loch.
- Davie Simpson – 13 fish to the net. “Plenty in the 3–7lb mark – quality fish again Greg.”
- David Anderson & Steven Ross – 11 and 7 fish each in a solid midweek session.

🐟 New Stocking – 1st May
Fresh batch of rainbows averaging 4lb+ went in last Thursday. These are hard-fighting, fully finned, and already being landed across the loch. Some pushing 6–7lb have been spotted – don’t miss them and don’t skimp on the breaking strain!
Watch this space for a very special forthcoming stocking. We are just arranging the finer details but will announce soon.

🔥 Group Booking Momentum
Our group days are now fully rolling with events booked right through May and into June. This includes a group travelling from Switzerland for a full capacity hosted day with BBQ and instruction – great to see international and group bookings growing – its what makes the whole thing viable!
🌿 Water Quality & Weed
Thanks to recent Lake Shadow treatments and bank maintenance, the water is extremely clear with excellent visibility. Grass carp are active and helping control weed growth. Another small treatment is due early next week. No issues for anglers.
