Use this form for hosted experiences, private groups, corporate days and bespoke fishing bookings. Standard day rods, evening rods and gift vouchers are booked separately through the online booking and voucher systems.

Request a Hosted or Private Booking

Use this form if you are enquiring about a hosted fly fishing experience, beginner session, private group booking, corporate day, team event, exclusive use, or bespoke fishing package at Wormit Trout Fishery.

This is the right route for anything that needs dates checked, guide availability confirmed, group details reviewed, or a package shaped around your guests.

This form is best for:

  • Half-day hosted fly fishing experiences.
  • Full-day hosted fly fishing experiences.
  • Beginner sessions for individuals, couples, families and small groups.
  • Private group bookings.
  • Corporate fishing days and team building days.
  • Exclusive fishery use.
  • Bespoke bookings with catering, transport or additional arrangements.

Important: Submitting this form does not confirm a booking. Your booking is only confirmed once availability has been agreed and payment, voucher redemption or invoice confirmation has been completed.

Looking for Day Rods or Vouchers?

If you are an experienced fly angler with your own tackle and simply want to book a standard day rod or evening rod, please use the online day rod availability system instead.

Day rods are booked online in advance and run from dawn to dusk.

Evening rods are shown in the booking system, but are only released online at 2pm on the day of fishing, depending on day rod availability.

Gift vouchers should be purchased through the voucher page, not this form.

This keeps bookings clean, protects controlled rod numbers and stops enquiries, day tickets and voucher purchases getting mixed together.
